  UWANFC MiniRoos & Junior Boys (U8-U16) Expression of Interest
  
  1. TEAM PLACEMENT
  1.1 Team allocation
  Players may be allocated to a team based on, but not limited to:
  - Participation in a team placement day
  - Player skill level
  - Attitude and sportsmanship
  - Coachability and willingness to learn
  - Team balance and positional needs
  - Previous playing experience (if any)
  1.2 Communication
  All communication regarding your EOI, trial dates, and outcomes will be sent to the email address provided in the EOI form. Please ensure this address is accurate and monitored regularly.
  
  2. ELIGIBILITY
  2.1 Age Requirements
  Players must fall within the age groups designated for Community or Development teams for the upcoming season, as outlined by Football West and Football Australia.
  2.2 Accurate Information
  You confirm that all information provided in the EOI form is true and complete. False or misleading details may result in disqualification from the selection process.
  
  3. FEES AND PAYMENTS
  3.1 No EOI Fee
  There is no fee to submit an Expression of Interest.
  3.2 Season Fees
  Confirmation to a team, will be conditional upon payment of the applicable registration fees by the stated deadlines. Full fee details will be provided with registration information.
  
  4. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
  4.1 Collection of Information
  By submitting an EOI, you consent to the club collecting and storing the personal information provided.
  4.2 Use of Information
  Your information may be used to:
  - Manage the EOI and trial process
  - Communicate updates about team placement and club activities
  - Share relevant club news and events
  4.3 Confidentiality
  All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. It will not be shared with third parties for marketing. You may request access or corrections by contacting the club at boysfootball@club.com.au.
  
  5. MEDICAL INFORMATION AND CONSENT
  5.1 Disclosure
  Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries in the EOI form.
  5.2 Consent for Treatment
  In case of a medical emergency during trials or training, and if a parent/guardian is unavailable, you authorise club officials to seek appropriate medical assistance.
  
  6. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
  - You consent to the club capturing photos or videos of the player during trials, training, and club activities.
  - These may be used for promotional purposes including social media, website, and publications.
  - If you do not consent, please notify the club in writing at malefootball@uwanfc.com.au.
  
  7. CODE OF CONDUCT
  - All players and parents/guardians must follow the club’s Code of Conduct and those of Football West and Football Australia.
  - Respect for coaches, officials, volunteers, and fellow players is expected at all times. Breaches may result in exclusion from the program.
  
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  - Participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks.
  - To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and indemnify the club and its representatives from any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage during the EOI and team placement process.
  
  9. GENERAL
  9.1 Amendments
  The club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  9.2 Governing Law
  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
  
  ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
  By submitting the Expression of Interest form, you confirm that:
  - You are the legal parent or guardian of the player named in the form.
  - You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  - All information provided is accurate and complete.
