Terms and conditions

Joey Soccer Team registration is now open for the 2026 season.

Team managers should nominate their team. You will be asked to nominate a parent coach for your team and choose a preferred kick off time on Saturday afternoon. If you are an all-girls team, you have the option of playing in the year group below.

Joey Soccer is for ages from Kindy to Year 3. Teams play 5 v 5 on a Saturday afternoon at College Park, Nedlands. The suggested squad size is 7 or 8 players.

SESSION 1 - Saturday 2 May - 11 weeks. A full calendar can be found in the Terms and Conditions below and on the website

Session 1 - Warm up: 1:15pm - Game: 1:30pm - End: 2:15pm
Session 2 - Warm up: 2:45pm - Game: 3:00pm - End: 3:45pm

NOTE - YEAR 3 teams must choose SESSION 2.

All players will receive a match shirt and a ball, which is included in the registration fee. The registration fee for 2026 is $295 and there is a sibling discount of $30

Once your team is registered and confirmed by the Program Manager, you will be sent a link for individual players to register.

Terms and conditions

  • Acceptance of Terms

    1. By registering for the UWA Nedlands FC - Joey Soccer, the participant and/or their parent or legal guardian (“Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    2. Eligibility

    Participants must meet the age and skill requirements stated in the tournament's promotional materials. Players must be registered to participate in the Saturday competition.

    3. Registration & Payment

    There is no fee to register a team. Payment will be made when individual players register.

    4. Health & Medical Authorization

    The Participant (or guardian) authorizes the club to seek medical treatment in an emergency.

    5. Assumption of Risk

    Soccer is a physical sport involving risk of injury. By registering, the Participant assumes all inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather conditions, or equipment-related injuries.

    6. Liability Waiver

    Participation in sporting activities, including soccer, carries and inherent risk of injury. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and indemnify UWANFC, its committee members, staff, coaches', volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or actions out of injury, loss, or damaged sustained by the player during the program.

    7. Code of Conduct

    Participants agree to adhere to the clubs Code of Conduct
     
    The tournament may remove any Participant who violates the Code of Conduct without refund.

    8. Personal Property

    The tournament is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the program.

    9. Photo & Media Release

    Unless opted out in writing, the Participant grants the tournament permission to use photos or videos taken during the program for promotional and educational purposes without compensation.

    10. Weather & Safety Policy

    The tournament may delay or cancel fixtures due to weather or unsafe conditions. Where possible a modified tournament may be offered.

    11. Privacy & Data Use

    Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for Camp administration and not shared with third parties except as required for safety, medical, or operational purposes.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia
