• UWANFC SUNSET SEVENS TOURNAMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions of UWA-Nedlands Football Club Inc (the "Club").
  1. Team Registration
  1.1 Upon acceptance of this team registration, the team is bound by these terms as well as the rules and regulations of any association the Club is affiliated with such as Football West and Football Australia.
  1.2 All team registration fees must be paid in full by the specified due date for the team to secure a place in the tournament
  1.3 If the team registration fee is not paid in full prior to the tournament date, the team will be ineligible to participate in the tournament.
  2. UWANFC documents
  2.1 You acknowledge you have read and understand the UWANFC documents included with this registration.
  2.2 The Team Manager is responsible for ensuring the team is aware of the relevant UWANFC documents
  2.2 The Management Committee may update Club documents from time to time
  3. Health, safety and medical consent
  3.1 You confirm that all team members are fit to participate in tournament activities.
  3.3 In the event of an injury or medical emergency, you authorise the Club's officials to obtain medical treatment for you or another player in the team as deemed necessary, including ambulance transportation.
  4. Liability
  4.1 By registering with UWANFC, you acknowledge that participation in the tournament carries inherent risks.
  4.2 The club takes all reasonable steps to ensure safety, but will not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where required by law.
  5. Personal Property
  5.1 The tournament is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the program.
  6.Photo & Media Release
  6.1 Unless opted out in writing, participants grant the tournament permission to use photos and videos taken during the tournament for promotional and educational purposes without compensation.
  7. Weather & Safety Policy
  7.1 The tournament may delay or cancel fixtures due to weather or unsafe conditions.
  7.2 In the event tournament games are delayed or cancelled, a modified tournament may be offered where possible.
  8. Privacy & Data Use
  8.1 Personal information collected during registration will not shared with third parties except as required for safety, medical, or operational purposes.
  9. Refunds
  9.1 Prior to 6 February 2026: teams will receive a refund of the registration fee, minus a non-refundable $150 administrative fee.
  9.2 After 6 February 2026: no refunds will be issued
  9.3 Waitlist Exception: if the tournament is full and we are able to fill your spot with a team from our waitlist, we will refund your fee minus the $150 admin fee, regardless of the date.
  10. General
  10.1 The UWANFC Management Committee reserves may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
  11. Governing Law
  11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia
